Upgrade eMMC to bigger SD card

My eMMC got corrupted, so I rebuilt the eMMC on an SD card, which went very well, and I was able to recover my Wii U. However, I used a smaller SD card. Now I'm trying to rebuild MLC on a bigger SD card, but when I use the option 'Patch (sd) and Boot ios redNAND' in ISFShax menu nothing happens—it doesn't install MLC. Please guide me on how to install it on the bigger SD card.

Thanks, Chad! I was actually getting this error after rebuilding MLC using the same guide you provided. It turns out the card I was using had some bad sectors. After fixing the card issue and recreating everything, it's all fine now!
