nandbackup before installing aroma

I am using an SD card as my eMMC and am installing Aroma, where the first step is to take a NAND backup. However, when I choose 'NAND Dumper' and press A, it returns to the Wii U menu without performing the backup. Should I use ISFSHAX to take the backup instead, or is the backup I created during the SLC setup sufficient?

What worked for me: Hold R while booting the console. Open the web browser and navigate to wiiuexploit.xyz. Click on "Run Exploit!" and right after that press B untill you see a menu. Select nanddumper...

Also worth noting is that if you have a 8gb WiiU you need a 16gb or higher sd card for the dump. And for a 32gb WiiU you need 64gb sd or higher.

This is because the WiiU nand is exactly the size it says it is and SD cards are slightly lower than the actual advertised size. Thus a 8gb nand dump won't fit on a 8gb sd card.

Thanks Chad for the quick response, but this method didn't work either. I took a NAND backup after installing ISFSHAX—would that be sufficient, or do I need to take another NAND backup?
