Thanks Chad for the quick response, but this method didn't work either. I took a NAND backup after installing ISFSHAX—would that be sufficient, or do I need to take another NAND backup?

Thanks, Chad! I was actually getting this error after rebuilding MLC using the same guide you provided. It turns out the card I was using had some bad sectors. After fixing the card issue and recreating everything, it's all fine now!
I initially used a 64 GB SD card with 12 GB MLC. Now, I'm following the same steps with a 256 GB SD card (with 200GB MLC), except for the ISFShax installation, as it's already installed.
