Other than that, no buffalo has been killed and Pleasance House is unlocked. Also, no cheats have been used, other than XB36Hazard's save editor for arranging the inventory.
The only missing things are some of the achievements and the Social Club challenges which have been completed, but only with bronze, and I hope that someone will be able to gold them in the future.
