Since I couldn't find it online I decided to do the grinding and scan everything.
The game keeps track on what has been scanned even on NG+ and beyond for all the scan points. This goes beyond "just" completing the Log-entries.
The File contains two Save-games.
1. Freshly started NG+-save ready for play with everything already scanned (It says Hard-Mode but you get to choose the difficulty when you select the file)
2. A backup-copy that the former save is derived from on Hard-Mode. (The only things missing are the artifact of wisdom, beating Ridley and Prime)
