Hi, I show you how to play Ultimate S characters without ultimate S and without programming.
1) Download lastest vesrion of Ultimate S here : "https://github.com/chrispo-git/ult-s/releases" and extract it.
2) Open it and launch "Ultimate S Setup Tool.exe"
3) Write "lite" and press Enter, then write "b" and press Enter, then write "megaman" and press enter to finish.
4) Go to the folder : ultimate → mods → and delete "Ultimate S Stages" folder.
5) Open "Ultimate S Arcropolis" folder and open "effect" folder, then delete "common" and "system" folders
6) Open "fighter" folder (the one in "Ultimate S Arcropolis folder") and delete all folders in it EXCEPT "lucas", "mariod", "murabito", "pacman" and "pikmin"
7) Delete "item" folder
8) Open "ui" folder then "layout" folder and delete all folders in it EXCEPT "menu" folder. In "menu" folder delete all folder EXCEPT "chara_select" folder
9) In "ui" folder open "replace" folder and delete "localize" folder.
10) Now leave "Ultimate S Arcropolis" folder and open : "atmosphere → contents → 01006A800016E000 → romfs → skyline → plugins" and delete "libstage_config.nro" and "libarena_latency_slider.nro"
11) Put your switch SD CARD in your PC and copy the "atmosphere" and "ultimate" folders in your SD CARD.
12) Enjoy !
This does not completely remove Ultimate S because it is impossible without modifying the plugin but makes the game in a version very very close to vanilla brawl. After this tutorial there will only be residues of the plugin such as the wavedash but it is not disturbing.
I think that this tutorial is the only way at the moment to play with the characters of Ultimate S without complex programming (modification of the plugin).
