want to dither a image sequence but dont want to dither every single image one by one? well this method that i found will help
P.S: if theres something that can help dither animation faster then let me know and if your having problems then i dont know just comment if theres somthing wrong
1. make a animation
2.export as a image sequence (it needs to be in a folder with a name)
3. open gimp (if you dont have it then install it)
4.click on file and then open as layers.
5. then select all the images that you exported and then click open
NOTE THAT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME DEPENDING ON HOW MANY FRAMES so be patient
6.after all images are imported make sure that its precision is 8 bit.
7.go to image mode and select indexed.
its gonna look glitch after you dither it but its normal
(make sure the colors are set less than 30 to make the dither more visible. you can learn more on how to dither on the baldi's basics wiki)
8.you can scale the image before dithering to make it look more 90s however make sure it isnt too low.
9.you can see the animation by going to filter>animations>playback
10.set it to how much frames per second as you like
11.make sure that it is set to one frame per layer or else it will look wacky(you can try to zoom in if its too small)
12.once your happy. export it as a gif. make sure to copy these settings
you can view the gif to check if its okay if so go to the next step
13.go to ezgif and select split
14. select the gif you exported and split
15.download and extract the folder and you have all of these frames and its dithered
