Update [Mon 18th Nov 2024, 3:30pm]: After teasing it earlier in the year, plastic tat manufacturer Youtooz has now officially announced its PlayStation line – and it looks amazing.

Featuring Astro Bot, Ratchet, Sly Cooper, and Kratos, each figurine is colourful, detailed, and posed nicely. The first four figures are will be available to pre-order this week, on 24th November, with the maker asked which characters you'd like to see next.

The figurines will ship between May and April next year, and will cost $29.99 apiece. You can find out more, including pre-order information, through the link.

Please note, though, the manufacturer will only ship the models to Canada, Mexico, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and USA due to "licensing restrictions".

Original Story: Have you otakus got enough space for a few more PlayStation-themed dust collectors? It looks like Yootooz, the Funko-esque toy company behind licensed collectible tat, is lining up a range of Sony goodies.

A post on the company's X (or Twitter) account includes the famous PlayStation slogan "live in your world, play in ours". It shows four silhouettes: Kratos, Sly Cooper, Astro Bot, and Ratchet.

The Sly Cooper model actually leaked earlier in the year:

To be fair, we like the look of Youtooz much more than Funkos, and we reckon these could end up being pretty nice models for ultra-fans. We'd certainly consider grabbing a couple of these.

Presumably this is just the beginning of a collaboration which will extend to many different characters. Personally, we'd like to see some real deep-cuts from the PS1 era: Vib Ribbon and the cast of Motor Toon Grand Prix, for example. Oh, and how about Robbit from Jumping Flash!?
