For controllers, there are early deals in many places. In the UK and US (sorry everyone else!), Amazon and The Game Collection have colored controllers for under £40. In the US, you can save up to $39 on various controllers, including Elite Series 2 models.
Now, about Expansion Cards. They're generally cheaper these days, but there are still good deals. You can get a 1TB card for less than £130 at Amazon UK, while in the US, a 2TB card is $199.99.
