Qty min 99 makes the check max to check min, so when you acquire something it will start at 99, this also make key items start at 99 not sure if there is harm there.
Items 99 make what you have 99 when you view it, this will also make key items 99 if you look at the event tap, so don't do it when the code is enabled.
Have all Qty 99 is very dangerous and I would strongly advise you to save you game, fool around a bit then reload the save, I expect it to destroy your game.

Good news that the memory address of that is preserved when you load a save, so you can turn off the code and search for where it is stored then load the untainted save and give yourself some. Use u16.
