News Stunning PS5 Sandbox Towers of Aghasba Out Now in Early Access

Towers of Aghasba is one of those projects that's always looked incredibly promising — but it seems to have flown under the radar somewhat. You may recall that it was actually featured in last year's PlayStation Showcase, where it was announced for PS5.

Well, today's the day: Towers of Aghasba is now available in early access. Just to be clear, it costs $29.99 / £29.99 on Sony's system — it's not a free-to-play release, with developer Dreamlit already outlining a lengthy post-launch roadmap.

If you're sat there wondering what the game actually is, it's a rather striking sandbox exploration thing, set in a weird fantasy world. It's got crafting, building, and combat systems — and it's fair to say that it's a very ambitious release from what is a small studio. It's a little reminiscent of No Man's Sky, we suppose.
