After more than a decade from its original release in both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 back in 2010, Red Dead Redemption is finally coming to PC, in what seems to be a slight remaster of the original, unlike the re-release on Switch and PS4.

Today, Rockstar Games unveiled a brand new trailer for Red Dead Redemption on its YouTube Channel for its new PC release made in collaboration with Double Eleven, featuring some PC-specific enhancements like 4K, support for some ultrawide resolutions as well as mouse and keyboard support, adjustable draw distances, and it will also have support for AMD's FSR 3.0 and NVIDIA's DLSS 3.7, alongside other new features for PC. Additionally, the game will also include its DLC, Undead Nightmare for this release on PC.

For the first time in its storied legacy, John Marston's beloved journey can be experienced on PC in stunning, new detail, with both Red Dead Redemption and its iconic zombie-horror companion story, Undead Nightmare, arriving to PC on October 29.

In collaboration with Double Eleven, this new version adds PC-specific enhancements including native 4K resolution at up to 144hz on compatible hardware, monitor support for both Ultrawide (21:9) and Super Ultrawide (32:9), HDR10 support, and full keyboard and mouse functionality.

There's also support for NVIDIA DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0 upscaling technologies, NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, adjustable draw distances, shadow quality settings, and more.

Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will release for PCs on October 29th, 2024, with a Steam page for the game already visible for users to wishlist the game.
