News Next Gran Turismo 7 PS5, PS4 Update Poised to Drop Next Week

Gran Turismo creator Kaz Yamauchi has teased the next big Gran Turismo 7 update will be made available across PS5, PS4 consoles next week. He has done the usual thing of posting an image to Twitter of the new cars in black and white silhouettes, allowing superfans like GTPlanet to guess what they are.

According to the site, the following five cars will be included in next week's patch:

• Suzuki Jimny (World model)
• Ford Escort RS Cosworth
• Porsche 911 (Turbo or Turbo S)
• Porsche Mission X Concept
• Some sort of classic F1 race car

Gran Turismo 7 is part of the All PS5 Pro Enhanced Games list, and this will be the first update for the driving simulator since the console's launch. As such, it's expected official PS5 Pro support will be part of this patch. These updates typically also come with new Menus, events, and Scapes, so this could be a more significant content refresh than usual.
