Bethesda's space epic got off to a good start with the critics back then, including here at GameParadise where we gave Starfield an "Excellent" 9/10 in our review, but the game has definitely had its critics - it's still sitting on a "Mixed" rating on the Steam platform, for example. Nevertheless, we've definitely enjoyed our time with it so far!
Let's not forget that Todd Howard and his team have worked hard to improve the experience ever since as well, adding new features like 60FPS support on Xbox Series X and S, a Creations suite complete with a massive range of free player-created mods, the game's first land vehicle, and much more. It sounds like there's a lot to come, too.
It's not just a milestone that Starfield is celebrating in September this year either, as we've got the first major expansion in Shattered Space coming our way at the end of the month. Fingers crossed that'll be a great addition to the game!
