HI all,
Having previously modded the 2009 PC version of the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy, I have now obtained a copy of Grand Theft Auto IV - The Complete Edition, which includes 'The Lost and Damned' and 'The Ballad of Gay Tony' expansion packs, and will try to upgrade the game in a similar fashion as before (https://gameparadise.org/threads/grand-theft-auto-trilogy-2009-pc-version-modding.3554/). I want to share my experience on this forum for anyone else to reference in the future, with guides on how to tweak the settings to match PC performance and also demonstrate the tools & techniques that can be used to modify the game itself:
