News Demon Slayer's Mario Party-Style Game Receives Free Update Including New Board And Minigames

Sega has rolled out a fresh "free update" for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board! on Nintendo Switch.

Gamers can now dive into a new board, try out some additional minigames "and more". This content comes with the Version 1.20 update - introducing "Board Six" (based on the Hashira Training Arc from the series).

"As players move around the spaces, they'll meet various characters, including Tengen Uzui's spouses Hinatsuru, Makio, and Suma, plus veteran Demon-Slayer swordsman Murata, who'll all be there to help on your quest. On certain spots, Hashira might even show up to train you!

"When night falls on Board Six, the Mist Hashira, Snake Hashira, and Wind Hashira will appear to test everyone's abilities! All four players must team up to beat their challenges and come out on top."

The new minigames in this update include:

• Cold Soba Noodle Eating Race! - Gobble up cold soba noodles quicker than the Water Hashira by rapidly pressing buttons in the right sequence.
• Soar the Distance! - Launch the paper plane by stopping the meter at the perfect moment. Flying into wind gusts will slow your progress.
