They're pretty stylish trailers, and give us some insight into how each character will play. Ichigo, for example, seems to be a bit of an all-rounder with an emphasis on potentially huge comebacks through big damage. Uryu, meanwhile, is a more methodical combatant who can keep his opponents at bay with long range strikes.

We don't yet know how many playable characters Rebirth of Souls will have, but it does cover a sizeable portion of the property's story, running through both the Soul Society and Arrancar arcs. As such, the developer has a lot of potential characters to work with.
