Action RPG game Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution first launched in the West last May, but only for PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. Today, it was revealed that the game will also be getting an Xbox launch – both physically and digitally! This game is all about building a game studio to take down your rivals.. You'll have to do a lot of work to become the biggest studio of the year!

The game takes place in a world of powerful, rival Game Makers. Game Makers have started a battle for supremacy to acquire Shares. Older Nep (as someone rapidly approaching 40, ouch) enters the fray, fighting for the survival of Gamindustri.

A game studio needs strong developers, cutting-edge games, and market expansion to find success at the top. Make wise choices and you might make it there yourself. Create games through disc development to boost your party stats.

Ride through dungeons on your trusty purple motorcycle to sell games. Older Nep can challenge enemies for pinks, which are special rewards. She can also test her racing skills through time trials.

Here is the opening movie for Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution, posted about two months ago:

Physically, Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will only be released as a standard version. Digitally, you can pick up the standard or the Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes a swimsuit costume set (for Older Neptune, Neptune, Pippih, Jagaa, Reedio, Noire, Blanc, Vert, Nepgear, Uni, Rom, and Ram), a 31-page digital artbook, and a 15-track digital soundtrack. The artbook and soundtrack can only be accessed through the in-game Gallery, which is a bummer.

Developed by Idea Factory and Compile Heart, and published by Idea Factory International, Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will be released for XBox Series this October. It is currently available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
