After downloading the mod file, open it and you'll see the Winter Furina mod, candycane mod and the snowmen mod separate from one another so feel free to remove any of those files if you dont want the weapon or summon change. But also inside the candycane weapon mod there's a list of a lot of weapons that this mod goes over so just put whichever one of these mods in the mods folder. I made the candy cane go over all weapons that are good on Furina

Put the BufferValues folder inside your mods folder! it fixes the green reflection bug in her character screen
