Mash through all the message boxes like in the original game.
Normally, the game will only allow you to skip through text on subsequent reads, which can be somewhat annoying for people who are replaying the game or are already familiar with the game's story. This mod patches the game so that you can always mash through the text, regardless if you have already seen it or not.
Instructions
Download the .zip file and extract it. Below are instructions for installation depending on your way of playing.
Atmosphere -
Place the .txt file in the following directory:
atmosphere/contents/0100ECD018EBE000/cheats/
Yuzu -
1. Right click the game in the game selection UI and select "Open Mod Data Location"
2. Create a folder, give it a name such as "Skippable Text"
3. In the folder you just created, create a "cheats" folder
4. Place the .txt file inside the "cheats" folder.
5. Right click the game in Yuzu again and click on "Properties". The patch should now show up in the Add-Ons section (it may be enabled by default)
Ryujinx -
1. Right click the game in the game selection UI and select "Open Mods Directory"
2. Create a folder, give it a name such as "Skippable Text"
3. In the folder you just created, create a "cheats" folder
4. Place the .txt file inside the "cheats" folder.
5. Right click the game in Ryujinx again and click on "Manage Cheats". The patch should now show up in the Cheat Manager window. It is not enabled by default.
Note
If the game updates, it is likely this cheat may not work immediately. I will release an updated version if and when this happens.
