Arrived in time!
This is not the moveset mod. Check it out anyways though, it's really well done. This is just a skin over Mewtwo.
I've included boxes to show the hitbox for the tail attacks to give a better idea where the attack lands. If you don't want the boxes, no worries. I've included downloads that don't have the boxes. He transforms into Super Silver for his Final Smash.
Comes with UI, voice, expressions, and separate downloads for Super Silver and variants without the boxes.

Currently he goes over c06 (Super skin is c04) but can be moved to any slot. You MUST change the c06 (c04) values in the config.json to the slot you wish to move them to.
This SHOULD be Wi-Fi Safe as it's made with the exoskeleton blender plugin and no hitboxes are adjusted. I ran a test with a saved replay with and without the mod. No desync from my replay test.
