This mod re-encodes the pre-rendered video files inside the game from 30 FPS to 60 FPS, to eliminate stuttering when using Fl4sh_#9174's 60 FPS Mod.
Note that this doesn't turn these pre-rendered scenes into 60 FPS via interpolation, it merely makes the 30 FPS original videos work without stuttering when using a higher framerate.
Use ONLY paired with a high framerate, when using these converted files in 30 FPS the audio and video will stutter.
Tested on V1.0.0 in both Switch and Ryujinx.
