Description:
All this really does is change the name to read 'Donkey Kong Country' without the '4′ because pirate companies often like to make their games look superior by adding all sorts of numbers to their titles.
This hack also fixes a glitch on the map screen to read the final areas as 'Stage 5-1′ & 'Boss' instead of '4-4′ & '5-3′ respectively. This bug is due to the last couple of worlds only having 3 stages instead of 4 each.
The 'Jungle Book' version of the game has been left intact, with the exception of changing the 'DK' barrels & the 'KONG' letters.
Updates:
- All unused graphics were removed.
- All factory levels have all new palettes.
- Fixed bananas to be closer to the Game Boy Color version.
