A whopping 15 FPS
This is a perfectly looped animated texture of the old background01 which was used on the Xbox/PS3 versions of TF2. I made this so that I can use this background without all the stupid HUD problems that come with using the old map_background command.
It's only 1024x1024 and 15 FPS because VTFs literally suck and this was the best I could do. It doesn't stutter in-game, the youtube video is just crappy
2 versions: compressed (which saves a ton of filesize) and uncompressed (which is like 300 megabytes)
